Admiral Gial Ackbar. Despite spending years moving up through the military ranks until he commanded the entire rebel fleet, he's now only remembered for stating the obvious after flying into a fleet of Star Destroyers he wasn't expecting.

The Last Mandalorian
Kamino - planet of storms, home to everyone's favourite bounty hunter.

The latest Boba Fett is probably my favourite LEGO minifig. I own three different versions of him, but the detail on this version is superb. Unlike the Stormtroopers I don't think he works too well in comedy photos, he's too cool for humour, so he can have an epic portrait instead.

I've finally made prints of some of my work available here on DeviantART. It only took 6 months, but I'm pretty good at being lazy.

Mike Stimpson
United Kingdom
My name is Mike, I program computers during the day, and thrust my photography upon the world at night. If we met, I'm sure we'd get along.

I do seem to take quite a lot of photographs of Lego, although I'm more of a photographer than a Lego builder. I also enjoy messing about with landscapes and portraiture, but don't get a chance to do those as often as I'd like to.

I'm a big fan of Ansel Adams and Henri Cartier-Bresson, though it probably doesn't show in my photos.

If you're interested in commercially licensing any of my photos please contact me at the address on my website www.mikestimpson.com

I'm known as Balakov on Flickr www.flickr.com/photos/balakov/ , and have prints for sale on RedBubble www.redbubble.com/people/Balak… as well as here on DeviantART balakov.deviantart.com/prints/
